MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE
A national scheme, Message in a Bottle (MiaB), is a simple solution to making key medical information available to emergency services.

The little green bottle, which is placed in a persons refrigerator, contains all the critical medical information for the resident, including medication. A sticker applied to the inside of the front door alerts paramedics or other emergency responders to the presence of the bottle, that way if the resident is unconscious, critical emergency care can be given in the full knowledge of their medical status.
GIANT EASTER EGG RAFFLE
An annual event around Easter sees giant 1kg chocolate Easter eggs appearing in local pubs and clubs. The selling of tickets can reach fever pitch as chocoholics strive to win the giant egg.

SPECTACLE RECYCLING

Lions nationally collect and recycle many thousands of spectacles each year. These glasses are cleaned, reprocessed, and sent to third world countries. We collect from local opticians in and around Bicester, please contact us if you have a supply of used glasses and would like to donate them.
